Report to "recommend the best approach for the delivery of high qualtiy Māori advice on improving Māori outcomes" commissioned by WINZ from Gardiner and Parata Limited (GPL). This project focused on improving outcomes for Māori in employment and income status; and ensuring and maintaining performance in the responsiveness of WINZ to Māori issues. This is the second part of three. It focuses on: identifying options for the provision of high quality advice on improving Māori outcomes; identifying critical success factors for assessing the options; presenting the results of the assessment options; and recommended a preferred option. Recommendations include a corporate strategy, and a Māori advice function at national and regional levels.
